Where do I go each day?

Each day, guests should arrive at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo by 11:00 AM, where the Foresight team will welcome and escort attendees to the suite for the day’s experience.

Check-in process*:

• Arrive at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, where Foresight hosts will be onsite to welcome you and distribute your event credentials.
• Provide your name to Foresight Hosts to receive badge
• You will be escorted to the suite and introduced to the team
• * Please have your photo ID or a picture of your photo ID at check in.

Pick-Up Locations (Nice & Cannes)

Shuttle service will depart from designated locations in Nice and Cannes at 10:00 AM on both days. These transfers will bring guests directly to Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo.

Cannes Pick up location: Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, 10 Boulevard de la Croisette, (5 minute walk from the Carlton)

Nice Pick up location: Hotel Negresco, 37 Promenade des Anglais, Nice

Please plan to arrive early each day to allow for access and movement through Monaco.
